Hotel rooms at Copper Mountain are available at the low base rate of $108/night!  (not including tax & surcharge).  This low rate is offered with a sustainable mission and does not include daily housekeeping service.  Please be advised that if attendees desire housekeeping service, this will be at an additional $10/day.

Is your organization or agency tax exempt?

Because of new IRS regulations, Copper Mountain Resort requires the following documents to be submitted upon check-in.

  1. A copy of your tax-exemption certificate.
  2. Sales Tax Exemption Certificate - from Copper Mountain
  3. Affidavit of Non-Taxable Sale
