Mark your calendars for an exciting new direction for your fall professional conferences!  This year, the Public Health in the Rockies Conference will join hands with the Colorado Environmental Health Association Conference to bring you one full week of education, professional networking, and many other special events never before seen at either conference.

Each conference will still offer the same great educational sessions you have enjoyed in the past, with the addition of a special program on Wednesday, September 30.

Bridge Day: Connecting Public Health for a Stronger Future

Greetings Public Health Partners!

To continue your involvement in strengthening the public health system in Colorado, we welcome your participation in the Uniting Public Health Conference's Bridge Day.

Bridge Day will provide you the following:

-An overview of the statewide public health improvement planning process,

-Introduce you to the state's first statewide improvement plan,

-Engage you in rich conversation to collectively identify and develop opportunities for you and your agency or organization to stay involved.

In preparation for this Day, we ask that you read the draft public health improvement plan and consider the discussion questions on the detailed Bridge Day Agenda.
